If we look at the businesses of today, specially in India , you woul find a lot of employee dissatisfaction , lack of life in the workplace, and in general a sense of burden while going to work. The younger generation entering workforce is also facing mental health issues due to the workplace dynamics and other factors. I am going to write on this to share my thoughts on importance of values as part of education and how values help both in our lives and in our work
Values are simple, honesty, truthfulness and patience. Respecting work and respecting people and fairness. Standing up for the right. These are the best values .
